This brooch embodies the Japanese art of mindful composition - where empty space is as important as form and every element is placed with deliberate intention. A frozen precious metal sculpture each stem finds it's purpose: one bears an oxidized lotus seed pod, another lifts a soft blush pearl nestled in silver reminiscent of a flower opening and lastly a mini crimson geode displayed as an exotic bloom. All emerging from an oxidized hollow form vessel, the elements speak the language of Ikebana - heaven, earth and humanity in balance. A harmony of the raw and the refined, the dark and luminous, the natural and the crafted.
